This tool does NOT produce an official e-Invoice, e-Archive Invoice or legal accounting document — it is only a simple calculation aid to help you put together a quick draft/quote document. To issue an official invoice you need a Revenue Administration (GİB)-approved e-Invoice/e-Archive system or your accountant.
The "Invoice" option is for draft/internal use only; it does not substitute for an official invoice required under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK).

No. This tool is only a draft/calculation helper; it does not replace an official e-Invoice, e-Archive Invoice or paper invoice, and it does not report anything to any tax office or the Revenue Administration (GİB). To issue a legally valid invoice in Turkey you need to use a GİB-approved e-Invoice/e-Archive Invoice system or work with your accountant.
An invoice is an official document showing that a sale has been completed, creating a tax/accounting obligation. A proforma invoice is a non-binding preliminary quote/price notice — usually sent to a customer before an order, it isn't recorded in accounting and isn't considered an official sales document. You can draft either one with this tool; the "Document type" selection above only changes the heading shown in the preview.

Line Amount × VAT Rate / 100 (Line Amount = Quantity × Unit Price); the VAT of all rows is summed to get the "Total VAT". The Grand Total = Subtotal + Total VAT − Discount (if entered). No — no information is sent to or saved on a server; everything is kept only in your browser's memory.
